Patch Notes — Update 1.1.1

Hello hunters!

We’ve just released a new patch focused on fixing several issues and improving the overall experience. Here’s what's new:

New Feature:
Added a "Reset Progress" button in the Settings menu.

⚠️ Use with caution — this action is irreversible and will completely wipe your progress!

Bug Fixes:

Fixed an issue with achievements where some boss achievements were not being unlocked correctly.
Fixed a display issue where character stats appeared incorrectly in certain languages.
Fixed item description errors that occurred in specific languages.
Fixed two missing items that were not showing up properly in the Collection menu.
Fixed an upgrade persistence issue where upgrades were not being saved correctly after abandoning a run.

Some automation i would like

Auto next zone Auto restart after boss number x (player can write in number) Auto restart on death For this to be a 'idle sits at bottom of screen' game, it needs to be actually idle, as it is we have to click at least once per minute which defeats the point of the game type...

Update 1.1.0 — Achievement System and Major Improvements!

We’ve just released the SideQuest Hunters Update 1.1.0, and here’s what’s new:

🏆 Steam achievements are now available! Unlock achievements as you play.

🔨 Fixed a bug that caused stats to scale excessively at the highest forge levels.

🖥️ Aspect ratio issues fixed. The game now works properly on ultrawide and vertical monitors.

🛠️ Fixed a visual bug where the upgrade indicator in the forge appeared incorrectly.

📦 Reduced the overall game size for faster downloads and loading.

It’s an idle RPG with roguelike elements, automatic combat, constant progression, and meaningful choices that can change the course of your run.

You can play it casually while doing other things, or go all-in and optimize every step — it's up to you.

Critic Attack Prob. not working?

I've noticed that when I take a 10% increase for attack prob. I only get 1% then any other attack prob. I get for that run just doesn't register. Not sure if it's a known bug but thought I would make the post :)

Fullscreen issue (DEMO)

I'm trying the demo and noticed a huge issue when going into fullscreen. If you start a run, there doesn't seem to be any way to access settings to change it away from fullscreen. On my M2 Macbook Air in fullscreen the actual screen is zoomed in too far and cuts off the edges of the game so I might not be seeing buttons that are there. Are these issues address in the full game yet?...
