I´ve played the game and unlocked some achievements, but they are only in the game not on steam

so my ending is bugged out and i didn't DISCOVERED THE SECRET OF WITCH CROW can someone please record the ending or give me save files, because my save files turned into first level after i got the achievement

I am posting this on behalf of my mother (of whom is 1,200 miles away so I can't directly help her.) She states that she has to click 10 hooks to hang a mirror, either the last hook or the place to click to hang the mirror is off the screen. Does anyone know about this and is there a solution? Is there something that's being missed? Thanks....
