Achievement to take 5 turns in a row in CotG?

How is this even possible? There is Tablet of Time's Dawn which lets you take 1 additional turn, but I guess you would have to get it back from the void and do it again all in the same turn, 3 more times? Can someone explain how this achievement is possible please?

I read the guide, thanks for pointing it out. Can you please tell me why that guide can't be followed in multiplayer with someone who is letting you get the achievment on purpose (instead of vs AI)?
