I'd like to give this one a try. That being said, I do want to know beforehand:

How much is the sexual and/or romantic content? Is there any? If so, how, uh... deep does it go? I noticed a couple female characters in the promo art fill out their space suits pretty fully, hence why I'm asking this.

Mind you, I'm not going to outright slam the game away if there is any; it's just that for stuff like this, I'd generally rather be warned ahead of time.
