Hey folks

This post will be added to and expanded upon as and when issues arise with fixes etc..

Issues:
    This has now been addressed in Patch 3
  • Game crashes in regions using unicode language:
    Go to Control Panel>Clock, Language and Region>Region and Language>Administrative tab>Language for non-unicode programs. Set this option to English (United Kingdom/United States).. Reboot PC and try again
  • Alternate fix for unicode

    -Select 日本語 (Japanese, the last in the list).

  • Users getting crash related to Kernalbase.dll
    If users are seeing Kernalbase.dll being linked in with the crash. Try logging in as a new user, and running Steam as that user (logging into same steam account etc).
  • Game boots to black screen after Unreal Logo
    On launch of game instead of pressing a key to skip logos, try just letting them play through.
  • I've bought the Complete Season/Season Pass but I only have Episode 1 available and the other Episodes say `Purchase`
    On the 29th January 2015 we released Episode 1 of the 5 part series. Episode 2-5 will be released over time. On day of each Episode launch, Season Pass holders will automatically get pushed the new episode and it will appear in their game.

    Ensure that you are not manually enabling anti-aliasing within your graphics card settings for Windows.

    Updates:
    • 30th January 2015 - First patch released to fix a few issues. Aware there are still gamers having some other issues, but we're working on another patch.
    • 4th February 2015 - Second patch released to fix some more issues.
    • 4th February 2015 - Added very latest PhysX pre-requisite to title, to help AMD users who wont naturally get PhysX updates. Steam now supports 9.14.
    • 10th February 2015 - Third patch released to fix the unicode and audio stuttering issues
    Tips
    • To `look` at the first picture, simply drag the cursor to the `Look` text and let go of the left mouse button. You dont drag the cursor to the picture itself :)
    • If you've bought the season pass or the complete season, the game will only show you Episode 1, when the next Episode is released it will be automatically added to your game.
