I cannot enter the PIN in Nathan's phone

i already selected the phone, the card, the paper and his record, and went to the other side of the board, the option to enter the pin is there but i cannot interact with it, and the is sideways, there is just no option for me to input the password i have tried reloading and all, but nothing works

Can't you just input that longer code on Nathan's SIM card thing? That's how I was able to get into his phone, after I got the passcode wrong.

i actually discovered that for some reason my pc runs the game all buggy, it's not a performance issue, i was watching some gameplays, and the hud and ui are very different, like the text on the screen that shows te interactible stuff just appears to me when there's something in front of it, besides some other weird stuff. idk why but it's rly weird, i got past this smh but idk what i did to do that lol
