Laptop overheating whenever I play

Whenever I open this game, even if I turn down the graphics and have nothing else open, my laptop's fan goes crazy. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Specs
OS: macOS Catalania 10.15.4
Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-core Intel core i9
Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Not With Uber possui Life is Strange™

Your laptop probably doesn't meet the minimum requirements in terms of the GPU. Also this game is more GPU bound so you'll need a cooling pad, especially since Macbooks before M1 overheat badly.
