There is a way for you to play it, not only this but any game that is region locked for you, but I won't say it, you can figure it out on your own, just takes a bit of wizardry.

Nobody knows for sure, except Square Enix themselves, but there's been speculation that any Square Enix game that contains LGBTQIA+ themes (e.g. same-sex romance/relationships) isn't going to be available in MENA countries. This affects both Life is Stange: Double Exposure and Final Fantasy XVI.

Other example is Dragon Age: The Veilguard by BioWare (published by Electronic Arts), which also features same themes is also region locked in MENA countries:

It's possible that publishers are playing it safe by blocking their games in countries where they could face problems otherwise, even if some of those countries might look past it or simply not care.

G2A can tell you if a global key can be activated in your country, but if the game is region-locked and is activated through a global key, you can't access the store page or write a review
