for example think about this part: "who's so different from the lame Vortex Club snobs"
who looks like or rather, is a snob? this is Mr. Jefferson. this letter is about him. + in episode 4, situation may be understood better: Chloe notes that Mark Jefferson is "hot for a teacher" and a bit teases Max that she can have him all to herself now because Chloe isn't at Blackwell anymore. very possible that Chloe had a minor teacher-student crush on him too, like he's admired by most people. personally, i think the issue here is that... Chloe would had been annoyed because 1) of this minor crush thingie, 2) she had a very bad reputation in Blackwell, vs teachers she was very arrogant and a troublemaker. from Chloe's point of view, falling for a teacher is likely hella dumb.

That would be because it is hella dumb and, where I come from, would cost him his job if he wasn't careful as it is an abuse of his position of trust.

Yes it was confirmed by a Dev that the note where Rachel says she found someone new it all about Jefferson. I think that is where the theory about "Rachel's Revenge" gained some followers because we all know that old saying about not wanting to be the brunt of a woman's scorn, as in she thinks you love her and then you cheat on her or leave her. Though in Jefferson's case he helped perpatrate her murder at the very least by having the whole dark room set up with all the drugs, etc.

In that one photo at of her you find at the dark room she looks extremely piss ed off and that led me to think more strongly that the storm was actually Rachel's Revenge...

Or maybe Rachel never mattered and the story wasn't about her.

Im really late to this but my theory is that this letter is forged by Jefferson.
