Care if you want pay money
I played the game since the closed beta,in total more then 100 hours and payed more then 150€.
Yes the game was funny and i thought it will be great. The game have nice ideas like discounts, operations, special missions ...
but with the time i have seen that the ideas from the community, bug reports and something similar will be ignored or only "accepted".
You could read all the things but the turn off the forum with the reason they do not need this for this game/genre, but in my eyes they turn it off to disguise all the problems and "development" of the game.
This game is the eu version of Black Fire(or a other version). So i want to say the first version of this game is more then 2 years old and there are still bugs, cheaters,dc and other problems. You will think they add new content but its copy and paste from a other and sell it for new.
It is not the only probleme that they "developer/supporter" in eu add only more buggy content, they still want much money for good items.

A example.
They start with a special discount with 10% more Cash(currency from real money) and now they go up to 150%.

I hope they will get the curve to make the game better, but i think they will try to get much money like possible and then the game will die.
This will be inevitable then much players are from asia and their version is older. Well all this players come to the EU version because here are still more activities.

Hey Rednight, ideas and/or bug reports are never "ignored" by us.

Ideas come in all shapes and sizes, some are good and interesting while others not so. But we do consider all suggestions, especially when it's something we as a publisher can do.

When it comes to ideas or suggestions that require development resources then different things need to be taken into account such as the return of investment vs the cost of development by the developers. If we find a community member's idea or suggestion towards a specific game feature as something interesting then we usually forward the idea to Ying Pei, but ultimately it's down to them if it is implemented or not. If we received feedback on an idea that they found good and wanted to develop then of course, we would let the person responsible for the idea know.

As for bugs, we have reported every single in-game bug that we found in addition to those that were reported by the community on our Forums and Reddit. Again, these bug fixes are done by Ying Pei and not us but we push for them to be fixed. We want to make this game the best it can be for our community so we take feedback serious. But it doesn't mean it will get implemented straight away, things take time and cost money.

If you have any feedback, please feel free to post. We never hide constructive feedback or want to "disguise" anything. We're very open in our communication, or at least i try to be.

The game is 1 year old which means that we have a year of awesome content to publish before anything "new" appears that may have stemmed from the community.

Your feedback and suggestions were not ignored, we passed what we felt was viable and constructive and gave it to Ying Pei, the developer.
