In the game directory, right click xeodrifter.exe, (Aka XeodrifterSteam) Hit "Properties", then "Compatibility", then "Change high DPI settings", Check both boxes and set drop down bar #1 to "I signed in to windows" and drop down bar #2 to "System" Idk if both need to be changed, but it helped me.
