Stuck in Quick Mode- Cannot start league.

Just got the game. Started a Quick Mode league to get my feet wet, but the Dev League draft was only 5 rounds and now I do not have the roster size I need to begin the season. The Quick Mode settings do not allow me to take control of my roster from the CPU so I can sign players or FAs, so I'm stuck. Ideas?...

How does scouting work?

I've assigned all of my points, but I can't view any players in the draft. Also, the draft magazine is blank.

The Champion Sim League is a long-running DDS:PB online basketball league with a long history, custom draft classes and our very own created web app for scouting our custom draft classes.
