I had thoughts that if I take two cards of the same quality and I can't get a quality lower than the original, but this is not true. Do I understand correctly that merging is completely random and it doesn't matter if I combine perfect + perfect or excellent + normal, I can get poor in both cases? What if I combine foil + foil or full art + foil, I will just get a card one tier higher with completely random parameters? For example, it will be 124 foil perfect + 124 foil perfect -> 123 normal without foil? ...
