Fixed crash in Hammer when double clicking on a prefab with no target map specified.
Fixed crash when attempting to view animation group files (.vagrp) in asset browser.
Fixed connection failures that would happen with certain unicode usernames.
Fixed spawngroup assertion on client where loading spawn groups were not included in the "initial spawn groups".
Fixed launch failures due to graphics device being busy on launch.
Added "Purge" script binding to npc_dota_base
Added "GetDOTATime" script binding to CDOTAGamerules.

Improved performance and memory used when playing custom games
Added support for playing custom games on 32bit Windows [XP]
Added Direct3D 9 support
Added ability to blend between tile sets in the tile editor using override materials.
Added additional materials and blending between tile sets in the example dota_pvp_tiled map.
Added additional controls for adjusting the rotation and pitch of trees in the tile editor.
Added ability to swap existing plant placements in the tile editor in the same way trees could already be swapped.
Added functionality to look up a tile in a tile set by right clicking it while in the tile editor.
Added high contrast lighting mode option in Hammer viewports.
Added a new alternate desert tile set which can be applied to maps built using the tile editor.
Modified the multiblend shader so all four layers can have independent rotation and scale while using world space UVs.
Fixed Hammer bug where if a map failed to load the progress bar would never go away.
Fixed bug where objects using the world space UVs option of the multiblend shader would sometimes flicker.
Fixed particle bug related to delays on nested child particle systems
Added texture sequence preview to assetbrowser and PET texture picker
Fixed bug with Hammer particle preview where control point entities were normally ignored (as soon as the system was restarted)
Change particles to use the new KV3 compiler & resource version (content format is unchanged for now)
Initial support for hitboxes in PET
Assetbrowser honors texture alpha channel, has a channel selector
Made placement of data-driven units in Hammer more robust
Fixed a number of visual bugs in particle effects
Fixed bugs in portrait rendering, including rendering multiple selected units correctly
Increased connection timeout to 3 minutes

Added blend painting mode to the tile editor in Hammer, allowing texture blends to be painted on tiles without having to collapse them first.
Updated the dota_pvp_tiled map in the dota_pvp addon template to include texture blending.

Expose CDOTA_BaseNPC::CanEntityBeSeenByMyTeam to lua
Expose CDOTA_BaseNPC::GetAttackCapability to lua
Expose CDOTA_Ability_DataDriven::ApplyDataDrivenModifier which is similar to CDOTA_Item_DataDriven::ApplyDataDrivenModifier.
Added GetModifierStackCount and SetModifierStackCount calls in Lua to manipulate modifier stacks directly.
Added the "ProcessProcs" key to the "CreateBonusAttack" action, to allow procs to fire on the extra attack.
Fixed a bug where attachment points on heroes could be in the wrong place
Fixed a bug where Model Editor's outliner would be blank after reload when a filter was present
PET: Particle asset parent and child menus now select the parent or child asset in the current asset browser page if it is there instead of the global browser

Expose Aura_ApplyToParent flag to datadriven modifiers
Fixed the color of many existing Dota particle systems that use addself + overbright features in their render ops.
Added the script_help2 command which reports help text on all exposed Lua functions including parameter names.
Target selection in data-driven items and abilities will no longer automatically include dead units. The target flag DOTA_UNIT_TARGET_FLAG_DEAD is required to include dead units.
Added support for hiding various portions of the in game HUD
Added the ability to query Dota Ability keybindings from Scaleform in addons
Added the ability to get the world position from screen space in Scaleform in addons
