When i start game it goes white screen for 5 sec and then crashes

Im on trying to run this game on windows 10 and it don't work i tried compatibility for win 7, xp and vista and it doesn't work even with administrator run. Please help i bought this game today from a site and i cannot now refund it.

Leider nicht, anscheinend haben sich die Entwickler dieses Spiels bereits darauf eingelassen

ditto: edit: seems to be controller related. If i disable it the game starts, but I want to play this with my kid.

Turn off steam sync and go to game parameters and put this command -fullscreen. I just did that and it worked for me, I hope it works for you

THANK YOU!! I was so worried I couldn't play but after unplugging the controller the game started, after it I was now able to plug back the controller to use it !
