How to progress in Level 2?

My partner sees a pipe on the ceiling, and there are 3 boxes and 3 barrels to pick up, as well as the lid on a wooden box. Are we supposed to climb up somewhere? I jump up to the invisible pipe but my partner says I just phase through it...

The key is useful only when the computer power is ON!

Not to spoil, but we spent a VERY long time on this part too. I will give you a tip - the observer is missing a switch. It is very trickily placed. (IMO, maybe too trickily.) The pipe may come into play after that, though, so you're not wrong to have noticed that...

My friend and I beat the demo after getting stuck on this part too (getting to the computer, elevator and two side rooms) and looking for help. For the simplicity of the puzzle, it's surprisingly unclear how to solve at first. This part may need a redesign. Maybe simplify the rooms or make that section stand out more and draw the eyes of the players.

Thanks to all of you, this puzzle will be modified for the final version of the game (to be released on December 5) and will soon be updated in the demo!
