i can't change to full screen.

when i change to full screen, i get a black screen, music is still working, the SSD is working like crazy but nothing happens.
any ideas ?

this is my option file (inside Deathsmiles folder. File "Deathsmiles")

[Deathsmiles]
DispFull=1
AspectRatio=1
DispX=32
DispY=32
DispW=1366
DispH=768
Angle=0
Vsync=1

it's work perfectly (also no tearing)
