I'm having ubelievably bad frame rate with this game. Like unplayable levels of bad. Anyone else having this issue? Or does this game take more RAM than the witcher and modded skyrim combined?

I'm at the 4th chapter, 3rd level and I'm just tired to always restart the level because its really long to bring the boxes all the time and I can't figure out what to do exactly.
