Everything is Red
Title is essentially the issue. Brighter objects like the Sun are yellow or white, and shadows are black. No gradients, just a harsh red everywhere. Is it something in-game or is it an issue with something on my laptop?

mine is brightness goes from red at 0 and bright yellow at 400, weird
