Too tall

I just bought The Solus Project for VR and it seemed normal until I was supposed in the escape pod and I was floating above it. And when I loaded into the world I was extremely tall. Does anyone know a fix?

Both Oculus and Steam VR has a platform system menu option to reset origin or reset view. You access these by pressing the system menu button. Note that this is not in the Solus game menu but in the platform system menu.
