Dark forest, as the entire map is pretty much forest.

Same with Black Snow. Much of it forest with a few open areas with fortifications.

Against the tide has some open areas, but has (I think) a 3 by 3 square sized town near the centre of the map. It's the only operation I'm aware of where you can have tactical battles and the entire tactical battle takes place in an urban environment.

If you look at the pictures from the DLCs presented on their steam page you can most likely find a picture of a map to them. That could help in finding what you're looking for.
