I run the game but it closes within few seconds, without displaying any game window or error message

Are there really no options for adjusting the volume?

cant seem to get my controller to work. it is pretty old its a logitech duel action. cant seem to get it to work on this game or a couple recent games for that matter. used to work. anybody have any ideas as to why its not working? outdated maybe? is there something i can update to get it to work correctly? plz help as i am not very computer savy lol thanks...
