Lag on good pc, low cpu and gpu utilization
Hey, I progressed for a good while with no problems at all, and then suddenly ive been just getting horrible lag that makes the game entirely unplayable. looking at task manager im getting like 20-30% CPU usage and like 4% GPU usage. I'm not positive, but I think thats about the same utilization it shows when I'm not lagging at all, so I have no idea whats going on.
PC specs for good measure:
i5-9600k
GTX 2070 Super
32gb DDR4 ram

Just in the industrial complex, not doing anything weird or anything, just exploring.

Thanks for the reply, I'm not subscribed to any mods, but I did end up figuring out a fix to the issue and its every bit as bizarre as the issue itself. Somehow it has something to do with my xbox controller, and the lag completely goes away if I turn my controller off and on again (its connected to my pc via bluetooth). Or at least the lag goes away temporarily. After like 15-20 mins or so of playing the lag comes back, at which point I just restart my controller again. Its really weird, but it works. I would try plugging my controller in to see if thats any different, but my controller's usb port is broken.
