but steam workshoup would be great :P
We've spoken to the mod community about this a few times, and to my understanding the consensus was to keep things as-is, since switching to steam workshop would break the current mods and workflow. But we’re open to it if that changes!
Things like this are harder to find and work with, same with mods, so steam workshop being in place for the game would really be great too.

If it is a small level (1 screen), select the rendered .png and .txt files of your level from the level editor, copy them and paste into the game files ".../Rain World/Levels"
now if you did this correctly and don't have a broken level, it should appear in the arena mode.
as larger levels (2 screens or more) don't work in arena mode, you need to add them to a region which is a lot more complex.
