Can I get the growth items from Initiation in Corruption?
Specifically, the items I can only get in the first playthrough. Namely, the Axe of Fury, the Dragonscale and the Blacklight Lamp. I didn't know I had to use them, or I would never get them again on future playthroughs, and I don't want to start a new game on Initiation from scratch. =(

Yes. All the advanced Growth items from Initiation can be acquired in Corruption. I don't remember if that's true for the Tier 4 items, but I think even they can be gotten there. Personally, I recommend getting them using New Game+ instead, but it is far from necessary.
