The screen is zoomed-in too far
I set my resolution to 2560x1440 and now the screen is zoomed-in to the point where Guybrush can hardly be seen at the edges of the screen. Good example is right at the start of Act 1 standing on the wooden steps the camera zooms in so I can only see Guybrush's head with the building in the background. It's impossible to play like this!

I have the game installed from original disc. Not on Steam.

Doesn't matter what resolution I pick, even 640x480 the camera is still zoomed-in too far. Turning down graphics quality makes no difference to that either. Or window mode.

Dunno what I did to fix it. I think it just fixed itself. One would hope with Return to Monkey Island on the horizon, the other games (after 2) would get remasters. Or just modern Windows fixes.
