Game won't start
As the title says, the game will not launch at all. I have even tried running the .exe as administrator but still nothing happens. Would be great to hear from others that this is affecting... or to get some official support from Steam on the matter.

I am having the same problem i have had to download it over ten times and I am very angry that i can't get it to work.

Do you have any program running in the background? When I used Dxtory the game always crashed, I closed Dxtory and the game worked perfectly without any error

Same error. I have a laptop and a mouse. I try disabling the touchpad, then after I click on the game unplug the mouse. It still doesn't work. HELP? I've also tried reinstalling the needed redist files.

Same issue. Just tried lauching the game. Insta-crash. I already beat the main mission.

Well it turns out I didn't really read enough before posting this topic. I had my Logitech gamepad plugged in and now that it's unplugged the game runs flawlessly. Sorry to those who are still having problems despite already trying this 'fix'.

I had the same error. I literally unplugged my Logitech controller and tried to start it again... now it works perfectly :B1:

I don't have a logitech controller or any extra device apart from keyboard and mouse. Still can't start.

Same. I think it would've been nice if Konami tested this game on PC better because they seemed to overlook it's tendency to crash.
