But the main issue is that they have added more grind to a game that already took up tons of time.. removed a ton of great features and also basically removed wind boosts making it take so much longer to move around the world..
They had a great chance to bring in new players but they killed that off with the starting out with nothing and the ammo and powder mechanics.. "Hey guys come play Naval Action where you get to spend your first 3 hours of the game doing pointless trade missions that give you tiny amounts of cash just to be able to arm your little ship for 1 fight.."
Honestly surprised anyone stuck around after that experience..
But yeah player numbers are dropping and I don't see them coming back up now and that is a real shame.
Maybe to busy parting with our money and laughing at all the posts? Personally i don't care, the game is what it is and if i get to a point where i hate/bored with it i will just cease to play. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on here wont make any difference.
If you don,t like it at a party...then what do you do?
They jut don't want to grind trade missions for hours just to buy cannons and GP and shot to see if the combat is fun and interesting enough for them to keep up with this game...
You probably don't even need to do that anymore, since
67% of the players since relaunch have been lost.
Some one in another thread had it right, they are developing Sea Legends and don't give a flying #$@! what happens to this game or its players. That interview was a dog and pony show.
waiting for them to do something that makes us want to play. To figure out what they want to do without us being their test dummies. At least that is what i am waiting for , that or for something better to come along which i would love to say there is but there isnt. So for now i play war thunder naval and club people with my yamato until these guys figure it out
But people have been waiting for so long, and these devs have been given so many generous chances to get their act in gear, I think people are done waiting and have lost all patience. Life is too short to keep returning to moronic decisions, arrogance and obstinate behavior, and disappointing gameplay. I have hoped for too long now, and think this will never get resolved.
