Top 10 favorite characters and why?
I was thinking Top 5, but this game has too many great characters. So I'll start with my Top 10 and then follow with the rest because I'm just sitting here on the stairs on Sunday. Share yours. ;-)

1. Cammy. She's epic.
2. Juri. She's really fun to play!
3. Lucia. I almost never lose with her.
4. Sakura. I really like her.
5. Chun-Li. Fun to play and Battle Outfit 1, white and light blue, is the best she's ever looked. Best looking character in the game along with:
6. Akira. I used to LOVE Rival Schools!
7. Sagat. Tiger!
8. Gill. Those barrels have nothing against him.
9. Karin. So cool!
10. Falke. She feels unique.

And now the rest:

11. Ryu
12. Guile
13. Ken
14. Poison
15. Menat
16. Abigail
17. Luke
18. Kolin
19. Cody
20. R. Mika
21. Dan
22. Ibuki
23. Kage
24. Akuma
25. Birdie
26. G
27. Seth
28. Ed
29. Rashid
30. Nash
31. Vega
32. Oro
33. Honda
34. Urien
35. Laura

1. E. Honda. I always enjoyed playing him in previous iterations, but his playstyle really seemed to fit with my own when I was wrestling with the multiplayer achievements in VI. I never did get to gold, but he carried me into silver, at least, and helped me score 300 multiplayer wins.
2. Ken. Always been my main stand-by when playing Street Fighter, and always will.
3. Rashid. The first time I tried him out I found myself grinning. This is the first time he's appeared in the franchise, and I sure hope it won't be the last. His personality and moveset are addictive.
4. G. I wasn't sure what to make of him at first, but he kind of grows on you. His personality is an interesting one as well - is he delusional, or does he really have some sort of insight into how the world works?
5. Guile. Like Honda, he's been one of my favorites ever since he first appeared in the franchise. I didn't really play him as much this time around, though.
6. Rose. She was my go-to character in SFA2 for the Super Nintendo and still is one of my favorites. I just wish her "reflect" ability was as reliable as it used to be....
7. Abigail. I didn't want to like him, because I thought he was a poor substitute for Hugo. But after playing him for a bit, I can see the appeal. Who needs style or martial arts moves when you have pure muscle?
8. Cammy. I don't play her very much, but she has some really fun costumes. Plus her stage is set in Scotland, so that deserves some points right there.

I can't really come up with two more, because at this point all the other characters are just so-so to me. Either that, or downright loathe (e.g. Kage, Luke). I could give a nod to Ryu and Blanka, but that's simply because I enjoyed them more in the earlier SF games, rather than this one. I wish Dudley and Elena had made it into V....
