BBL option not working for me

I have 14/16 achievements, but when I launch up a completely new game I have no option to select 'fulfill your promise' instead it just goes straight to the normal first scene. I really want all 16 achievements, can someone help me with this?

Look in the gallery. Do you have all the (non-BBL/epilogue) images? It may be possible that you're missing one of the essential endings on your game, but have the achievements unlocked.

The endings you need to complete to unlock BBL are Nageki, Nanaki, Ryouta, Sakuya, and Yuuya. If you're missing any of their ending cards, then it's possible that could be what's preventing you from playing BBL.

Thanks for that! I was having the same issue after I installed steam on a new pc. I had to replay a couple of endings to get the cards in the gallery.
