achievements need fixed

unlocked everything in the game in both archive and gallery along with every ending but the achievement "...at the dawn" still wont pop, think this has been a problem for a while, not sure why theres a collectors edition when the achievements dont even work?

I unlocked the 'at the dawn' achievement October of 2015, so it does work. It only unlocks if you beat all endings before beating BBL, which it looks like you did, so I'm not sure why you didn't get it. For the epilogue to appear, I believe that you have to watch the ending credits role and then it activates. So, I'd reccomend loading a save near the end of BBl and watching the credits again.

Did you actually see the epilogue and yet the achievement didn't work? Or did you not see the epilogue at all?

I didn't get either of the final two achievements... and I've unlocked everything in the Archive and Gallery, so yeah..

Edit: Okay, apparently restarting Steam fixed it. The Steam overlay wasn't popping up with Shift+Tab, but then when it was able to, the achievements popped properly.
