Thank you for your patience during the long wait for this update.

I sincerely apologize for the delay, it shouldn’t have taken this long. Unfortunately, I suffered an injury in May that required surgery. I had to wait a month for and finally had the surgery in June. Since then, I’ve been focusing on recovery and was mostly confined to bed for nearly a month.

Despite these challenges, I’ve continued working on the game whenever I was able to, and I’m happy to say the update is now complete. I truly appreciate your understanding and support during this time, it means the world to us.

Please rest assured that we never abandon any of our games, and we’re committed to bringing you more unique content in the future.

Let’s get into the details of this update:

• You can access the Room Editor from your tool wheel.

• You can now move built rooms around.

• You can destroy any built room and recycle its furniture and supplies to use them again.

• You can also assign custom room numbers to built rooms.

• A mouse Y-axis inversion option has been added to the Settings menu.

• Sandbox mode does not have any quests. We provide you with a detailed tutorial guide on how to run your motel.
  
  
• The store and restaurant are unlocked at the start. You can also build the employee cabin and hire employees from the start of the game.

• We added a time speed setting to the game. You can control how long a day is using the slider we added in the settings menu.
  
  
• We slowed down the default time speed by 2x because we've heard a lot of feedback from you guys that time in the game was passing too quickly, which was stressful. If you don't like the current default time speed, you can adjust it using the slider in the settings menu.
  
  
• Now you can adjust the room prices easily each day with a single click.
  
  
• We adjusted the prices of all the level 1 upgrades so you can unlock them quickly and grow your business empire sooner.
  
  
• We adjusted the difficult and intrusive quests so that leveling up in the early and mid-game will now be easier.
  
  
• We increased the working speed of your cleaner employee, now he/she will work faster even at a lower level.
  
  
• We increased the working speed of your receptionist employee.

• We changed the autosave system, now it will use up to 10 different save files, and every day it will save the game progress using one of them. This is to make sure that if a save file got corrupted, you can use the previous autosave files to keep your progress.
  
• We fixed some bugs related to achievements.
  
• We fixed some bugs related to customers not showing up in the later game.

• We added the auto save function to the game.
  
• Game will auto save at the end of each day, however, it will not save the wall painting data because the data can be huge and auto saving such huge data may cause the game to freeze. To ensure smooth gameplay, if you want to save the wall painting, please manually save the game in the pause menu.
  
• You can also turn the auto save function on or off in the settings menu.
