"Elitist" didn't register.
I started a round at 13:36, played into 13:37, a new dream started just after 13:37 rolled around, I finished that one while it was still 1:37PM, and the next dream lasted into 13:38.

I did not get the Steam Achievement. Requesting advice.

Was your clock on military time? It worked for me after changing the clock to actually say 13:37 instead of 1:37

My clock does in fact read military time. It did before I even bought Back to Bed.

What in particular was happening on your screen at the moment 13:37 dawned, and what was happening as it switched over to 13:38?

I was in a level. I was in the level around 13:35 and stayed there until 13:38 and the achievement popped up.

All you do is set your system time to 13:37 and load the game. It'll pop soon after it launches.
