Movement not working

I can't move the character. I tried joystick and keyword/mouse, but nothing happen.

Any idea?

Wireless 360 Controller + Microsoft USB Receiver is working for me.
Mouse only works while the controller is also connected. As son as i take the batteries out of the controller, mouse stops working. Very strange...
