Dont understand why as soon as i load up icc14 it loads up saying '...has stopped working' and nobody seems to want to/willingly help

I start it up and it crashes in under 10 seconds, even after re-installing and restarting laptop. Any advice?

I played Cricket Captain for many years before buying this game with the hope that there were just some upgrades which might make the game worth playing again. Guess what? They simply took a new name and stuck it on their dinosaur game from the early 90's. I feel cheated that I actually paid money for this....

In the video the 'New 3D Graphics' look the same as previous years. Could someone who gets the game let me know what they are like so I can decide whether to purchase it or not.
