Ever since Target & Costco started to get raided by scalpers... this game has not only saved me from burning a hole in my wallet and another mortgage on my home, but it has also fulfilled my cravings to open packs and hunt for rarer cards. 10/10

This game made me very grateful that we have 2€ coin in Europe. Every time I have to give change 4€ or 9€ it makes my brain go nuts.

It's one of the more fun games to just sit back and relax while you play. The only thing that could make this game better in this moment is the addition of multiplayer.

The only real downsides of the game are that it feels lonely to play it alone and the workers are borderline pointless since they perform 1 action per minute, roughly, so adding the ability to play with a friend (or 3) would dramatically improve the game.

You can stock a shelf, order new stock, put the stock away, and ring up 10 customers before an employee puts 2 items on a shelf. So, we either need multiplayer to have friends to play with or massively improved NPC workers.

Opening Card Packs Addiction? Yeah it's real.

Boy this game is a good one. I saw a bunch of folks getting into it and didn't really get the hype at first. Until I started opening some card packs. I absolutely LOVE collecting art cards. And the fact that they made all their own monsters and some unique cars for this game? I'm in. Why not.

Fairly typical for this kind of Sim. You have the store, you open it, upgrade it, buy things for it, but the bonus of it is that you yourself also get to collect the cards! You can choose to keep them, or sell them! And anything $5 and under in the game can be boxed up into mystery boxes for resale as well.

It features a large number of items and lets you customize the shop pretty much any way you want it, with a second area as an add on. I personally use it as a mini warehouse myself so I don't have boxes sitting everywhere, very handy. Once things are on shelves too if you have employee's they will take them to stock the shop, and put the boxes back on the shelves they are designated to. So once you get going you can automate most of it, or save yourself a lot more time to open cards to add to your own personal card hoard!

A feature of the game that a lot of people found amusing. The stinky customers. I honestly love that you can just run up to them with a can of 'smell nice' (insert own scented preference here, Febreeze/Axe/Perfume/whatever) and just spray the heck out of them. You can take the cans outside the shop and spray them while they are still heading for the shop too, which is quite amusing.

That being said, the less fun part. If you have employee's you gotta pay them of course. Along with that, the larger your shop, the more customers you can pull in (especially as your level goes up!) however you also pay more for rent and electrical so be mindful of that.

On a whim the one day I decided to not pay some of the "bills" to see what would happen, I only waited one day out of curiosity, I may do more at a later time. But all I got was a "Late" warning on the bill. I'll likely go without paying them all at a later time and see if anything more happens, but wasn't pushing my luck recently as I'd hopped on for something else.

Anyway if you like card games and store sims, this will def hit both of those boxes.
They recently updated so that customers can offer trades and sales of cards, and the feature is kinda neat, but I personally don't play with that very much, just like life, there will be cards you don't have that they want, and they wont accept anything else so you'll have no choice but to turn many away. Alternatively they may be offering a really cheap card you already have a hundred of, for a card they want that you also already have a hundred of.

Once in a while one of them will bring in a rare card though, one recent one that popped up for me was over $4000 they wanted for it, and it was wroth around $4000 on info (because it does tell you their price AND the market value for all cards being traded) Go figure, at the time I'd just dropped almost all my money buying stock for my mini warehouse. And no, those customers don't just wait around forever or come back the very next day. If it's gone, it's gone until RNG decides to be kind to you. So You may wanna keep some cash on hand at all times.

Anyway that's about all I will say on this one for now, def give it a try if you like the genre!
