Game doesn' start?

Inti Creates keep delivering! RYUJINMAAAARUUUUUUUU!!!!!

Thought i'd ask cuz it's apparent to me that Inti Creates' favourite Nintendo console was the Gameboy Advance, and the trailer definitely seemed like the localization direction was trying to go for that Early 2000s era of anime localization, which admittedly was really not that great of a time. Sure, modern anime dubbing isn't that great either, but I feel like you can tell the difference between a dub in current year and a dub from 20 years ago....

I haven't played it myself, but it seems like it from everything I know and have seen so far. Did they confirm it?

I really like it overall. It's a really pretty game, and is easy to pick up and enjoy. Also, the mech battle did a lot to actually sell me on the game and I look forward to seeing it developed more I do have some issues: - I played on keyboard and think mapping roll to shift is awkward compared to space and right mouse button. I assume remapping will be added later in development, though. - The roll feels like it should cancel the attack animation. As is, it rolling feels useless because you can't use it...
