In hopes of maybe making this a bit more visible...

The pod manifest / journal / notebook (trying to cram in search keywords...) on the table near the wounded Villein / alien is blank / empty when using the Dutch language setting; you can switch to e.g. English to have the manifest in fact appear.

Wasted hours backtracking thinking I missed something until I finally gave up and googled it -- which was then however made near-impossible by tons of hits to a no longer but originally present different bug as to the needed information not appearing on a screen (whence you now need the manifest...)

Finally found the information here on Steam, buried in a thread about again another bug:

Hope this post helps someone avoid some of the frustration; that above link is to an (almost) year old message so the bug has existed for at least that long. That really needs a fix. I mean -- judging by the name, the mayor is Dutch for crying out loud.
