Unable to uncouple the piston in Kapter
I'm at the point where I need to uncouple a piston in order to proceed to watering the tree. However when I returned to the turret, I'm left with only the right diagonal piston control. The others have vanished. I can't move forward until I uncouple the left diagonal piston. Does anyone have a solution. Please help.

I can't figure out what you mean by turret or right diagonal piston control. The big wind machine has 4 horizontal pistons 2 on left and 2 on right and there is a control station on solid ground between them that engages or disengages the 4 pistons. The control station rotates left to right and up and down to target each piston connection

I don't misunderstand the challenge, the control station will only let me access the right bottom piston - it won't rotate or give me access to the other piston - windows updates automatically - where would I find the games files from Steam - obviously in the Steam folder but which one.

Thanks

To verify game files right click the Obduction icon in your steam library, click properties, local files then verify integrity.

I don't think it would be your VC if you were able to properly access the control station and engage the cranks the fist time through the area.

Did you make a save after engaging the cranks the 1st time? If so it could be a game save error, something messed up during the save and affected the control sta.

Crap I type too slow

Right click on Obduction in Steam list -> properties -> local files -> verify.

It could be that its a game bug on the chance that something didn't happen on your computer to cause it. If that's the case, you will need to contact Cyan by email. At least that way they can see if they can find a problem.

Thank you for your help - it's looking like a bug. I should not have overwritten my save - I know better.
SOLVED - I actually worked with Cyan support (who were GREAT btw) and sent my save files and videos of the behavior of the piston couper control not repositioning - it turns out at that you can only reposition the coupler when the target piston is out of the frame of the reticle (viewfinder) of the coupler. Otherwise when you click and drag, the cursor does not move. If there's interest I will post a video. Hope this helps!
