I assume you have to unlock the background in the shop that requires you to "Tapping a Hundred Secrets" but I also have no idea what that means.

Actually funnily enough I just figured it out. Go to the achievement tab (the trophy), click on the "..." tab on the left, and then scroll all the way down. Click on the bottom hidden achievements and it should appear, click it 100 times and you get the achievement.
