Can I get Necromancy on my 2nd evil smash

I'm currently at the point where I can evil smash, but I want to be able to get necromancy and am at 18 hammers if i do it. Is that just how it works or can I get it to 30

waaaaay too early.. u would need more hammers to unlock the necromancy for the different items anyways i think its like 30 or 40 for a single item and even more for items in the tech store
Focus on the hammer shop first :D
