the issue here is that devs, or the people behind them, have double standards, and decided to offer a version with less quality for the western audience, and thats why there are so many negative reviews.
Pretty sure it is SEGA doing it. The Chinese playerbase is mad that is is also happening to Global and complaining, but SEGA is ignoring them along with everyone else.
They saw a means to farm guilable whales with a project they didn't even spend any time in making. All they have to do is host the servers and manipulate the game to make it harder and less player friend and the whales would throw money at it.
Have some standards.
