Moving to a new location

I decided to move the stadium to a more economically developed location. I rented a plot of land and moved. But it turned out that all my buildings remained at the old location. Only three initial buildings ended up at the new one, and the stadium lost all the stands it had built for fans. But the stupidest thing is that I can't go back. The limit is 30 days. What kind of nonsense is this? A game like this by four. This is complete stupidity....
