This is by faaaaar the biggest update we’ve ever done, and if you haven’t been following the dev updates, here’s a quick recap of what’s coming:

📸 Photos now have directly a dollar value (in-game, obviously😊), you earn money directly based on what you capture
🎯 Objectives are per-session, not cumulative, making each run more focused, rewarding, and impactful.
🛍️Shop in the lobby with many new items: cameras, armors, fireworks & more
🎒 Loot can now spawn both inside AND outside
👽 Lots of new enemies & NPCs (including survivors!)
🌉 Brand new map: Brooklyn Bridge
🛠️ Many level & game design tweaks
📺 New recap screen at the end of runs
⚙️ Better performance & bug fixes
... And many more things 🙂

Once again (and I know I repeat myself, but I don't care): to those of you who helped us during the beta — thank you SO much! 💛 We've added new content, rebalanced things, and fixed a lot of what you reported:

📊 We tweaked the difficulty to make it a bit more forgiving while keeping the challenge
💵 You can now earn money for your pictures even if you don’t reach the quota
🩹 More medkits in the store
📸 Better feedback on duplicate photos, and improved UI in the gallery + HUD
🎨 UI icons have been cleaned up for all items
🎶 Placeholder NPC voices and others have been replaced
👤 Added 1 new NPC and 1 new enemy 👀
⌛ Countdown warning now shows up to avoid surprise endings
🦶 Slight nerf to Big Foot (he had it coming)
🎁 And... a few small surprises we won’t spoil 😉
🐛 Plus more bug fixes & optimization improvements

As I said, we’ve carefully rebalanced the difficulty to make things a bit more forgiving 😊. We’re still keeping an eye on it, so if it still feels off, don’t worry—we’re listening and open to adjusting more!

Hey everyone! We just closed the beta test today, and we wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all of you who jumped in and gave feedback. You were almost 8,000 to try it out — that’s incredible! 🙌

We got a ton of useful insights, and as you know: we read every single piece of feedback. Thank you so much for being so involved and supportive ❤️

We're really happy to hear that many of you enjoyed the new map, the store, the tools, and the new NPCs — we’ll try to bring even more for the final release!

As expected, the update still needs some balancing work. Our goal was to make each session feel more challenging — but yeah, maybe we pushed it a bit too far 😅 We're going to keep working on this and try to strike a better balance while still keeping things spicy.

On top of that, we’re already working on fixing the bugs and other issues you reported. 🛠️
