There's been no update or news regarding what they're working on or what to expect from the next update to this early access title. Am I to believe the game is abandoned by the developers? They don't even seem to mention it anywhere!

Some context for the title: I would buy early access right this second if the game was going to be free to play down the road because free to play multiplayer games tend to have better populations. I do see that this game has a single player component, but I'd only be interested in the multiplayer component, which, if past games are anything to go by, is going to have a fairly limited population. I'm not trying to be a Negative Ned, I just hope the developers and publishers take a look at how things have...
