How i can DEcrease pages with -1 at the start?

I know it is possible with -2 Pages in Iron Rep. with "Compile a Port Report", but only with 25% and it can result in -2 Hearts. The other way i know, is in "The Forgotten Quarter" in London, but it takes -1 all stats and one secret.

Why i ask: When u have the legacy book "The Horizon Codex" with +25 Pages and the "An Adumbration of Her Heart" Legacy with +10 Pages u get not the +25 Pages anymore when u choose "A Poet" as a past.

84 Pages are needed to get 3 secrets when killing a lorn-fluke.
