So unless your level makes use of the maximum width/height, there is no way it will get close to screen borders ingame. And 33x33 is quite a lot.
I don't think this will be much of an issue, but if it turns out to be, we'll handle it then, i.e. as soon as Hexcells can actually load custom levels and the positions of all things (cells, title, author, description text) are final.
