The two cells bordering the black two on the left side that are on the right -3- diagonal.
Can't be blue.

Based on the -3- line, and at least one of the vertical 3 must be touching the 2. So they can't both be blue, but I can't see a logical reason why both those two have to be black. What's the logic?
If one of the X were blue, it would satisfy the first -3- on the right, making all the other cells in that line black, and THAT would make it impossible to solve the black 1.
