I would have to say this was the best reinterpretation of the first game and the one I have put the most time into so far.
Crimson heads were not needed tho, running all the time to fetch kerosene gets really tedious. Chris crits more often but has smaller inventory which means more trips to the item box.

Puzzles are much better than in the original.
Lisa storyline is interesting and tragic.
Some people will prefer the original for its simplicity and horrible, cheesy lines, some people will prefer this one for better puzzles, harder difficulty, and nicer graphics.
Agreed. I also think the Outbreak games are way better than given credit but only if you play them online with other casual players which is impossible at this point even if you use the emulators as they wont be casuals. I also still prefer original RE2 but the remake isn't bad just different. If only they had finished it properly.
