Loading Issue
I keep trying to load the game and it get the white box that says "Browser initialization failed. Please restart the launcher and contact Customer Support of the issue persists." where do I go to fix this?

Um. AA is officially dead. It's impossible to play the Steam version. it was shut down last month.

The only way to play AA now is through private servers, such as AA Classic or ArchRage, or try to emulate a server yourself. And all of those options are different versions of the game as well who (I think) require their own game clients.
